This Garland GTGG48-G48M heavy-duty natural gas countertop griddle features a piezo spark ignition and four "U" shaped burners that provide 108,000 BTUs of raw cooking power. Each burner has an independent, manual hi-lo style temperature control with an approximate temperature range of 320-730 degrees Fahrenheit, ensuring that this unit is built for high commercial demand. There is also a second control knob on each burner to operate the shut off valve, allowing preset temperatures to remain unchanged between uses.
Its 1" thick, polished steel griddle plate provides ample space to tackle any cooking task, while a 4" wide grease trough and grease trays ensure quick, easy cleanup. The 48" Garland GTGG48-G48M heavy-duty countertop griddle also features a stainless steel front, sides, and back, with matching 4" adjustable legs to stand up to the daily demands of your busy kitchen while remaining very easy to clean.
