This cheese grater grates up to 8 lb. of cheese per minute and is made with a 11 3/4" x 6 1/4" top opening ideal for larger blocks of cheese, as well as a clear plexiglass container with a 23.75 qt. capacity.
This hard cheese grater features a compact design for tabletop or countertop use. It's easy to operate with simple on / off button controls and is designed not to begin grating until the pressure handle is pushed down in the proper position for added safety. It features a removable hopper and tray for convenient cleaning.
