This cheese grater grates up to 2.5 lb. of cheese per minute and is made with a 5 1/2" x 3 1/8" top opening ideal for larger blocks of cheese, as well as a 304 stainless steel collection bowl with a 1 qt. capacity.
This hard cheese grater features a compact design for tabletop or countertop use with non-skid feet. It's easy to operate with simple on / off button controls and is designed not to begin grating until the pressure handle is pushed down in the proper position for added safety. This 1 hp cheese grater features a 5 5/8' power cord and a green power indicator light that confirms the machine is powered on. It also features a circuit breaker, requires a 110V electrical connection for operation, and offers an output of 750W and 1,400 RPM.
