A departure from the traditional horizontal or vertical air curtain merchandiser design, this model offers 360 degrees of merchandising potential. By placing the unit in the center of unused floor space, customers can see your stock of premade sandwiches, salads, grab-and-go snacks, and bottled drinks as they walk by from any direction.
This island merchandiser offers three tiers of adjustable black metal shelving that can be arranged to best fit the products you want to display. Bright, LED top and undershelf lighting are sure to draw in customers and allow your food to market itself! An easily accessible light switch makes it convenient for staff members to turn on the lights. The black metal merchandiser base, interior, and canopy provide a solid background that beautifully highlights your products. The adjustable feet allow you to level the merchandiser on any surface.
This merchandiser's built-in condensate evaporator and rust-resistant insulated evaporator coil allow it to remain completely self-contained, so it can regulate humidity and maintain the freshness of each of your prepared products. It also features high-density foam insulation and an air deflector that keep the cool air circulating around the products, rather than escaping out into the open. Plus, with adjustable temperature control and an easy-to-read thermometer, the exact temperature is always known. To accommodate a wide variety of products, the merchandiser's 1 3/4 hp condensing unit uses R-454C refrigerant and operates between 38-40 degrees Fahrenheit. For ultimate versatility, this merchandiser can be wired for top or bottom mount electrical connections and requires a 208-240V electrical connection for operation.
