After your specialty dishes are prepared and ready to serve, storing them in this unit at up to 200 degrees Fahrenheit will maintain their serving temperature until mealtime. Monitoring the cabinet throughout the day is easy, too, thanks to the easy-to-read solid state thermostat.

The body is made of sleek, non-corrosive, hi-tensile aluminum and is fully insulated. Combined with an internal aluminum frame that serves to fortify and protect the body of the cabinet, this unit is especially durable and reliable in busy kitchens and with everyday use. The interior features corrugated sidewalls that accommodate up to 13 full size sheet pans on 1 1/2" centers.

For your convenience, the door comes outfitted with a silicone gasket for a tight seal and a magnetic latch that is easy to open. Plus, the latch is antimicrobial, which helps to protect your kitchen environment against germs. Pan stops are attached to the door's interior too, promoting proper air flow at all times within the cabinet. In addition, the exterior sides each feature 2 fold-down handles to make maneuvering the cabinet, even when full, a simple, pain-free process. This unit is equipped with 4 heavy-duty 5" casters to make for effortless mobility. A 120V electrical connection is required for operation.
