When it comes time to dispose of your fryer oil, the Fryclone 100 lb. fryer oil disposal unit ensures that the process is easy and safe. This unit fits under most fryer drains for direct draining and is easy to maneuver in place with its stem-style handles and casters. The front casters swivel for hassle-free navigating, which is great in cramped back-of-house spaces. Once positioned for use, the unit's rear casters lock in place to steady it, ensuring that it doesn't move when being filled.
The process of oil transfer relies on a sturdy, manual hand pump, which is reinforced for reliable use. Once the fryer oil is in the unit's tank, a strainer catches large food particles to help prevent the pump from clogging. Simply remove the strainer and dump the debris into the waste bin.
Eliminating heavy lifting, a flexible, high-temperature hose with a swept faucet transfers the oil from the disposal unit into a dumpster or other collection container (sold separately). This hose is designed to resist kinking so that oil flows quickly and easily from one tank to the other. Plus, the faucet is made of stainless steel and can be moved out of the way with the built-in hanger.

Do not purchase this item! Pump will not work!!! I used today for First time as manual. How hard you rotate the pump... oil won't spit out to hose.. you have to lift up the entire tank to get the oil dump! do not buy this!! just use 5gal container with wheel on. wasted a lot of on this. this is trash product!
