This Channel MW247/P 7 pan end load undercounter prep top sheet / bun pan rack with open shelf doubles as a mobile work station, providing you with a two-in-one system for your facility! This is a great station for packing orders or product for sale. We transfer all made items to the shelves and anyone in the kitchen can see when something is there. We keep all packing materials on the large, open shelf and it is a very good, self-contained unit!
