This camcart is perfect for a catering operation. The door action is really solid and construction of the unit seems indestructible. The wheels are an important item to consider. These are the great soft rolling wheels. Beware of the transports with the hard plastic wheels. This one has what you want.
The double zones and doors on this unit are very helpful when running a long event and constantly adding or taking product out. One compartment can be open while the other can be used to keep food piping hot.
The Cambro carrier is the best. It is so easy to move around empty or full. I use it for transporting food to a customers venue. I have several food transports but I love this double one the best. This item is a must for any caterer transporting food to an event.
