This case is great. It has three plastic shelves that are interchangeable. The topmost shelf is a little short in the front where the window curves, so don't put tall items (iced cupcakes) in the front top. It doesn't come with rubber feet though, so it slides easily on counter tops. We installed adhesive rubber feet on ours, and the problem was solved. Also, the entire plastic assembly is easily removed from the metal frame for washing purposes.
I am giving 4 stars because the case is great but needs feet.

We ordered this and had to wait forever to receive it. I really do not see why this costs so much. The case is plastic, and removable from the metal frame, so when you open and close it, it slides in and out. . It looks nice but it is not worth the money, at all.
