Scratch and Dent Avantco BC-72-HC 72" Curved Glass White Refrigerated Bakery Display Case

This product is REALLY BAD! Please save your money instead of buying this garbage. The fridge is not cold anymore after 3 months. the temperature is super unstable. As a dessert shop, we rely on display fridge to display our products to costumers. You know what, when i contacted to warranty service center to file a claim, they told me that we need to wait for 1-2 business weeks to get service scheduled!!!! how ridiculous it is!!!! should i just close my business while waiting?

We love the case in general, the only thing that we do not like is that the shelves are glass....... cake crumbs get stuck under the glass sometimes because there are small gaps. If you use heavier trays or ceramic plates I would not order this case. The glass shelves are thin and I would not put anything heavy on them for fear of breaking.

We are a small Cake Shoppe and starting out we needed 2 display units of this size. With any major purchase you make you're hoping to make the right decision. You do a process of elimination by the pros and cons and reading reviews, that always helps. Well we can say that now that we have owned these unit for 2 years, they have been great, they keep their temps where they should be and that's what you want, no problems. They hold a lot of our products and more. I hope this review gives you the information you need to make that choice. I'm making this review now because we are ready to buy another one to make it 3 units. We will stay with what works.

We love this refrigerated display case. We have had it almost a year now. So easy to clean, and really makes your products display professionally. The glass shelves make it easy to clean. I really love how it keeps the moisture as it helps in keeping the product from drying out.

Purchased this product put an additional 2 year warranty. Product stop cooling and started getting hot. Of course warranty expired, customer service can't help anymore. Had repair person come out, they said they can't put refrigerate in cause the design of the coolant and when it starts leaking, it's cost too much to try and repair. Won't purchase again unless I get a 5 year warranty. Small Business owners, don't have thousands of dollars to continue to spend on products that only last 3-4years.

I purchased this June 2021. Started acting up, not holding the cold setting properly around March 22. Completely gave up in July 22. Planned obsolescence at work. Would not buy again. Spend a little more and get a good brand.

Had this for 2 months awesome temp good looks good keeps all our desert cool and fresh it came packaged right easy set up wheels made easy to move

LOVE LOVE LOVE this display case. it looks so sleek and professional in my bakery. it has such a User friendly control panel as well. I highly recommend this case.

Plenty of room in this display case. Easy to clean and keeps all of our product nice and cold. Easy to move but with wheels locked cooler does not move and is super sturdy.

I have 3 of this units, one not refrigerated. the cases are very good, the lighting is nice and bright, easy to clean and take apart, have not had a bad thing to say about them. It has been a year and a half and no issues. Thank you.

This display case is a big deal in our store. It’s beautiful and keeps our items perfectly chilled. Easy to clean and maintain day to day

I absolutely love this refrigerator. It has enough room for everything I have . Cakes , pastries , cookies … strong lights ( cold) makes every product look fantastic . Cooling fast . Easy sliding doors .huge room on the top makes it easy to store some cookies trays on it .

This is a great unit for the price. It has increased sales and the number of products we are able to offer. I figure it will pay for itself in just a few months.

It’s nice display case and work for small bakery or coffee shop and price is acceptable. I wish they could have bigger sizes. Let’s see how it work after few month. I will update it

Pretty good for the price. Pretty stylish looking. Not huge on the inside. It looks like it would hold more than it does, but it works okay for us. The glass fogs up sometimes - I'm not really sure why.

Does not stay to temperature. Set for 40 degrees and is consistently at 56 degrees. It cannot hold cold and I just purchased it two months ago. So disappointed! Not recommended

I'm so pissed off They literally recharge me for redelivery It says this item ships with Common carrier When I watch the the common Carrier video it literally saying. This item is shipped with common Carrier, so you need to have a deck or a forklift. To off load it you don't have don't worry we have a lift gate
