This slicer "S" knife is a perfect replacement for the one that comes with Assure Parts #22 slicer attachments. You can also use it to convert a shredder attachment into a slicer by purchasing this part. It installs easily into the rear housing of the attachment and allows you to create consistent slices of produce for use as garnishes, ingredients, sides, and more. And since you can adjust the slice thickness up to 1/2" it gives you the versatility to create a range of different recipes without having to change out to a different disc or knife.
