As a dual temp unit, it features both a refrigerated cabinet for cold product and a freezer cabinet for frozen product. Not only does this maximize space, it creates versatile, easy-to-access food storage; it's the perfect addition to stations where staff prep a variety of ingredients!

Made of a durable, heavy-duty stainless steel exterior and aluminum interior, this unit is built to withstand constant use. It features a 1/2" thick sub-top and boasts two self-closing doors, one for each cabinet. These doors include magnetic gaskets for a secure seal, helping to reduce temperature loss. Plus, a stay-open feature makes each door great for high-volume loading and unloading, and the cartridge style hinges eliminate door sagging for long-lasting service. The hinges can even be installed on the opposite side, so if your space requirements change, you can adjust the unit accordingly.

In the left-side refrigerated cabinet, the unit maintains temperatures between 36 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit with a 1/10 hp compressor; in the right-side freezer cabinet, the unit maintains temperatures at and below 0 degrees Fahrenheit with a 1/4 hp compressor. Both sections use eco-friendly R290 refrigerant. This specialized refrigerant has an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of 0 and a global warming potential (GWP) of 3, making it an environmentally-responsible choice for your business. The full electronic controls also help to simplify operation, while the automatic defrost for each cabinet keeps it functioning without manual input.

Four shelves are included with the unit so that your products can be well-organized to promote shorter open-door times. After a long day of loading and unloading, easily clean around the unit by moving it aside on its 3" casters. It requires a 115V electrical connection for operation.
