The Beverage-Air SPE60HC-16 Elite Series 60" 2 door sandwich / salad prep table is designed to keep your freshest toppings and ingredients close at hand at food-safe holding temperatures. Boasting a 10" deep removable polyethylene cutting board, it's perfect for building your signature sandwiches, subs, and salads. The top rail holds (16) 1/6 size food pans (included), and it comes with heavy-duty pan supports to ensure that they remain securely in place to prevent food spillage. For additional refrigerated storage, four epoxy-coated wire shelves are included for the cabinet.
The table's high-capacity refrigeration system with a 1/3 hp compressor and eco-friendly R290 refrigerant. This specialized refrigerant has an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of 0 and a global warming potential (GWP) of 3, making it an environmentally-responsible choice for your business. To ensure temperature retention and optimal energy efficiency, the cabinet features CFC- and HCFC-free foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation. The top rail lid is also insulated, so your ingredients can remain fresh when the table is not in use.
Built for heavy commercial use, this unit features a stainless steel front, sides, top, and doors. Its interior liner is made of aluminum for exceptional corrosion resistance and protection against rust. Four heavy-duty 6" casters (2 locking) are also included for easy mobility throughout your facility. A 115V electrical connection is required for operation.

I purchased this brand because they have a good reputation for high quality refrigeration. I am very disappointed, The lid is bowing and does not seal properly. The gaskets don't sit flush with the door allowing food to get stuck between them and the door. They have sealed areas for the food pans sitting on top and locking separating bars holding the pans. This all sounds great but creates many crevices, nooks and crannies for food to get stuck. It also means you can't use deeper pans or easily customize the pan configuration (I did know this when I bought them but wanted to make sure people looking into new units do too). The way the lids are situated on the station also makes getting into the back area difficult. Overall it is challenging to keep these stations clean. These stations are also not compatible with standard over shelf kits. Read More

This is a four Beverage Air sandwich prep that I bought for my cafe. However, with this 60", the standard size of 1/3 food pans do not fit in. We can only use the ones that go together with the fridge. Big bumper for us. I wish I knew it before making the purchase. So, pay attention to food pan fitting with this model!!
