This Beverage-Air SPED72HC-18C-2 72" two door, two drawer sandwich / salad prep table provides plenty of room to prepare your freshest salads, sandwiches, and more! Its high-capacity refrigeration system boasts an optimized airflow pattern that cools the pans from the bottom for more even temperature distribution and improved performance. It has a total capacity of 21.5 cu. ft. The top section can hold up to (18) 1/6 size, 4" deep food pans, and it comes with 18 polycarbonate pans for your convenience. The bottom section includes 2 drawers as well as 2 compartments with self-closing doors. It comes with 4 epoxy-coated shelves, and the doors have a 120-degree stay open feature on cartridge style hinges, making it easy to clean and restock. Its extra large 17" wide cutting board gives you even more working space! Plus, it's removable for easy cleaning.
This prep table boasts a 1/3 hp compressor and it runs on eco-friendly R-290 refrigerant to maintain a temperature range of 36 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit. This specialized refrigerant has an ozone depletion (ODP) of 0 and a global warming potential (GWP) of 3, making it an environmentally-responsible choice for your business. Plus, it's insulated with CFC-free foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation for energy efficiency. The heavy duty 6" casters (2 with brakes) make it easy to move this unit for cleaning and maintenance. A stainless steel front, sides, top, drawers and grille ensure years of dependable performance, while the corrosion-resistant interior liner is easy to clean and will not rust. This unit also includes an insulated cover to help keep the pan area cool during off-peak hours. This unit requires a 115V electrical connection.

This cooler is nice addition to our deli. I like that it digitally shows the temperature of the cooler on the outside. The only downfall is that it does not include drawer compartments and the metal dividers easily come loose. So we don't use the drawers. But its fine as an extra prep table.

BEV AIR sandwich table are my favorite, they have a great mega top line and very happy we can get a unit with drawers and/or doors. I aim able to manage different areas of my line with all the options!
