Don’t buy this! Is trash, only lasted 6months. It’s a waste of money. Purchased on 2020 started use it on December 1st of grand opening an sit went out last month, call the store and they roll me I have to purchase a new one.

went through 3 of these in about a year. turned out to be the door latch being fragile. if its damaged by catching on a shirt or anything, its plastic, then you need to spend a lot of money on a new door. the latch isnt sold separately, and without repair the microwave wont heat. The part is molded plastic and probably cents to make, but again, only choice is a new door. Otherwise the unit worked well as advertised. in trash now and searching other brands. would not recommend.

Solid microwave, solid warranty! Can be a workhorse for multiple years. Spend the extra money and stop having to deal with microwaves smoking out at the worst times!

Was good when it worked. It still would work, if it wasn't for the door latch not falling off. So, one of the two little hooks that lock the door when you close it, broke off. Why? becuase they are spring loaded and made our of plastic. My microwave is almost new. This broke within a few months. Now with the latch broken, the Microwave wouldn't start because it must be a safety feature, stopping the microwave from working. Even though one latch is still there, I think the safety trip button was behind the latch that broke. If I could find the little plastic assembly somewhere, I will replace it and the microwave will start working again. But I cannot find it. I am hoping customer service can help me out. Will be reaching them out.

This microwave lasted only 5 months, would not heat anything after.

A beast of a microwave, this unit has been our only one for the last seven years! It works best only heating one item/bowl/plate/etc. at a time, but it works very well.

Bought May 5 2023 and use it to only heat sandwiches little of a year later DEAD. Smells like burning plastic and will not heat. Dont waste your money

I ordered 3 units - Microwaves and have only received 2. The other said it was coming from a different location.

JUNK!!!!!!!!! Didn't even last a year before it blew up. 6 month warranty should have been the key factor in determining quality. What a piece of junk!!! Never again. Save yourself the hassle and spend the extra money to by the Amana brand one

Very noisy, and sometimes the programs miss up

I had to have a microwave on hand but don’t actually use it often. It doesn’t have a turn table inside so be prepared to warm things in small increments and stir often. It is very powerful and has handy preset options. It doesn’t take up much room which is very nice if your kitchen is quite small.

This has been a great Microwave! We put it to use constantly and they have been great for over 2 years. It can really heat things up quickly.

No problems with this microwave. Spacious and sturdy construction. Easy to clean inside and out. Highly recommend this for your back of the house kitchen.

These microwaves are outstanding, heat products quickly. It took our staff a minute to get used to the temperature/ time setting but they wiz right through it now & easy to clean

Quick cooking, easy to use with no learning curve on operating. Take note, you do need a 240V outlet to get this thing fired up. Well worth having your electrician add the extra.

Bought unit back in 2017 Unit stopped working about 10 months later, contacted warranty department they sent me another unit and now the unit has failed once again no longer under warranty would not recommend Solwave equipment
