I hope it helps someone else as a warning, we purchased this table top new, connected it and it stopped working after a few hours. It took over a week for a technician to come out and look at it. It was the cooling fan. Avantco could not be reached by technician to ask the part be mailed out. They would try again after the holidays. The way it works is they mail us the part to us, then we call the technician to schedule repair again. Putting us close to an month without the equipment we need to run our business. I wont be purchasing equipment from webstaurant. We learned that Their policy is that if you plug it in they cant return the equipment. This is the most ridiculous policy. Worked 21 days, then the compressor gave out.

Worst refrigerator ever, brought 2 in the kitchen line and after months both broke down , after warranty claims finally a tech came and found an evaporator leak. , changed everything in it and after 2 weeks broke down again . Warranty again and they had to replace it they said, now 18 months in it broke again “ evaporator leak and warranty now won’t cover anything else they have told me. I bought this unit back in April 2024 for my food truck and we started it using it in September, it only last us about 7 months. I also bought the extended warranty but they don’t want to fix it because we have it on a food truck. Don’t buy anything from Avantco.

The refrigerated prep table has been a good product, bought this over a while ago and the unit is still going strong. Would recommend to those that are looking to buy.

This fridge has lots of room for inserts of prepped food and lots of storage space underneath. We've had ours in a hot kitchen for a year and it's been working like a charm.

The product design is flawed. The cutting board base is permanently attached to the unit, rendering it immobile. This makes it impossible to transport the cutting board to the restaurant unless the restaurant has a double-door wide entrance or can remove its single-door entrance. Unfortunately, the unit door also began to deteriorate within a year, with hinges and parts falling off. This is a deeply disappointing experience.

This fridge lasted only three weeks before its first malfunction. The warranty claim process took 5–7 business days to be addressed. After the initial repair, it worked for just a couple more months before failing again—this time, it couldn’t maintain cold temperatures. Once again, the warranty process was the same. All of this happened during active restaurant operations, making the situation even more frustrating. I’m extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the warranty service. I’m now replacing it with a different brand—not from Webstaurant Store. This unit is going to the trash because I simply can’t afford to wait 5–7 days for a technician. It was purchased in December 2024 and put into use in February 2025. A complete waste of money.

Cooler worked for about 2 weeks. Took about 1 month to get someone to repair. They were unable to fix the issue of the cooler not holding temp. Was sent a replacement cooler. The replacement worked for about 3 months. This one does not hole temperature will jump to 70-100 degrees within minutes. Another claim is in.
