With a spacious stainless steel worktop surface for slicing, dicing, assembling, mixing, and other food prep tasks, the unit features a 3 1/2" backsplash for wall protection and freezer storage space below. It is readily accessible through the doors, which open up to 2 shelves that help you organize your ingredients and best utilize the roomy interior. Plus, because each accommodates up to 66.14 lb., the included PVC-coated wire shelves are well equipped for holding heavy bulk ingredients, from frozen broccoli and cauliflower to frozen pork chops.

This unit is designed for outstanding durability to ensure that it withstands busy kitchen environments with ease. It features a 430 type stainless steel exterior, which provides both strength and a smooth, sleek appearance. The painted aluminum interior with a 304 type stainless steel floor also offers the stability necessary for heavy, regular use. It comes with 4 reliable casters, 2 of which are braking casters, for easy mobility around your establishment.

This worktop freezer ensures optimal performance by operating with a 1/2 hp refrigeration system that circulates R-290 refrigerant to maintain temperatures from -8 to 0 degrees Fahrenheit. R-290 refrigerant has an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of 0 and a global warming potential (GWP) of 3. The foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation helps provide structural rigidity and maintain internal temperatures.

Operation of the freezer is easy, thanks to a variety of special features. Monitor temperatures by consulting the interior wall-mounted thermometer and use the auto-defrost feature on the pre-programmed digital controller to keep the freezer in excellent shape. Take advantage of the included casters and roll the unit aside to thoroughly clean the area as needed. This worktop freezer requires a 115V electrical connection for operation and comes with a 7' power cord.

So I purchased this based on the interior and exterior dimensions. They fit my needs. Delivery was fast. Ordered it and within two days I received notification it would be delivered via the trucking company. Prompt, friendly delivery. I brought it inside and unpackaged it, eager to put it to use. Upon opening the door, my excitement quickly diminished. The shelves are L shaped. The dimensions listed are 27 x 22. The dimensions in reality are 17 x 17 and then a section 10 x 22. The bottom is only 13 inches deep. Very disappointed in this.
