Complete waste of money. This was used for about 100 hours before it quit working. Was not getting power and after diagnosing the problem found a burned-up power cord and distribution block. The cord was in perfect shape, so the damage was not from a damaged cord. They only way you can contact this company is through email. (if I would have known that I would have never purchased) When I contacted the company they recommend I hire a technician. The suggested replacing the whole power/ heating system. I will never purchase anything manufactured by this company. It could have caused a fire and burnt the building down. I will try and post a video.

Clear full-swing Lexan door provides excellent visibility and heat retention. Is is versatile heat mode with 9 adjustable temperature settings up to 185 degrees Fahrenheit.

The product works as needed but not even half a year later it just stops working. Reached out to webstaurant and they sent me to the claim website. Don’t purchase this product just pay extra for a more expensive one elsewhere. Now on a Saturday I’m down a cabinet which is a killer for shops like mine and there is no one to help me until who knows when.

The warmer is fine for the money however, one main issue is that the "side lips" that hold the pans in place are slightly too wide on the bottom 5 to 7 slides which allows the pan to slip through and smash and/or damage food products that are stored on pans below. I'll update my review once I get some customer support and resolution.

Awesome it has been great having this in our restaurant its been great at keeping all our meats at temp and works well and would recommend

We use this cabinet on our food truck. The flat pans fit in here nice and snug. The full size catering pans don't seem to be enough weight to push open the door while moving. It does give off a bit of heat, so for a small space i would recommend an insulated version.

I LOVE this warmer!!!! It works well and is such a great value. I can't even begin to express what dire need we were in for a dependable warmer. Not only did we find one in this product, but the price was excellent too!

Light in transport, durable, maintains heat very well, user friendly., easy to maintain and cleaning.

I have used this for a few years now and just making this review a very reasonable price and works great in our catering food truck.

This hot box has saved many catered events. This is one of the best I have ever used and much better than the expensive ones others offer. I actually purchased two more for our other properties.

I purchased this to proof and hold our breads. It does the job well for the price. It fit any standard commercial size baking sheet and there are many rack for you to adjust how many sheet and the space in between each one. The temperature control at the bottom isn't great. For the price it's definitely a great buy.

Great product! The delivery guy was amazing in helping me unload this onto my truck. He called me when he was near and was on time! Also the customer service girl that worked with me was top notch!

Cool product but does not actually reach close to the temperature described or shown on the display. The temperature prob sits directly over the heating element, not the actual cabinet. Only goes up to max 145 degrees.

These cabinets maintain at warm temps and are perfect because they can be moved around. They are easy to use and clean, and can hold allot of food at warm temps. Good Buy.

Light and mobile with tons of space. Wide temp range is accurate once you calibrate what the average temp is per each number on the dial.

The warmer works quite well, especially at this price point. Works perfectly in my food truck and has been great for catering jobs and proofing doughs. The door seal does have a small gap at the top but it doesn't seem to impede function. The biggest complaint is the removal of the white vinyl sticker protecting the plexiglass. The vinyl goes under the plexiglass gasket and is impossible to remove without leaving shreds sticking out from the gasket. The warmer is left with white vinyl bits inside and outside of the plexiglass. The vinyl is stuck under the rubber gasket with no way to remove the plexiglass and remove the vinyl remnants.

Heats up quickly, looks great in our commercial kitchen. The digital temp gauge is nice for at a glance verification of temp. Easy set up, great product overall.

Excellent Holding Cabinet / Proofer. We buy quite a few of these and our customers are always very happy with them! They fit great into a Mobile Concession / Kitchen Unit!

This is a wonderful way to keep food warm before placing on the hot food bar. We make larger batches and are able to keep warm in this cabinet.

Great Product for the price. Does what we need. One of the units was blowing GFI switches, let it dry and it is ok now. Thanks.
