Scratch and Dent Galaxy GDN-5 16 9/16" Black Swing Glass Door Merchandiser Refrigerator with Red, White, and Blue LED Lighting

Worst fixture purchase for our game store. The door on one of the units purchased wouldn't close properly from day one. Customer service: nothing we can do. After 6 months one of them started to leak water in bursts once a day or so. Customer service: sorry, not our problem. (This is with the purchased 2 year extended warranty) Now I'm at 2 years and 6 months of owning them, just out of warranty, and neither one will get below 55 degrees. Avoid these units, they're just not the quality needed for a busy retail establishment.

Worked fine at first but the compressor completely died after just two years. Replacing the compressor costs more than the fridge itself. I wish I had invested in a nicer unit to begin with. You get what you pay for!

We've gone through 4 of these and every single one died or was built incorrectly per a refrigeration tech. DO NOT BUY THESE.

Would not recommend if your looking for a reliable refrigerator. We purchased this product a few months ago for the lobby in our coffeeshop. Since day 1 the lights on the inside panel kept flickering on and off. Appeared to be an electrical issue. Webstaurant sent us another replacement. no problem. The 2nd refrigerator they sent came damaged. Contacted them once again, and they sent the 3rd replacement and the door on it isn't hinged right and comes against the bottom panel when opening and closing. definitely a cheaper item.

Only had this merchandiser refrigerator for 1 year and compressor went out. Very disappointed.

This is a Webstaurant brand (Galaxy) cooler and they DO NOT make or sell replacement parts at all. Do not buy this cooler if you ever want to repair it. Such a shame that they can sell a machine and not even given an option to repair it.

I should have read the reviews and listened to them. This unit only lasted me a few weeks. Why does Webstaurant continue to sell this unit that is clearly defective??

The Galaxy GDN-5 16 1/2 white swing glass door Merchandiser refrigerator is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a reliable and attractive refrigeration unit. We use this fridge to store our drinks for our to go orders and we couldn't be happier with its performance. With the red, white and blue LED Lighting inside the fridge is another great feature.

Well I love the looks of the refrigerator but it doesn’t keep my drink cold there only just cool not like a regular refrigerator!!! I have only had it like 4 days

Stopped keeping items cold after three years. Would leak water on floor on occasion. Clips for shelves were plastic and would break easily. The manual does not help because this fridge does not have a defrost button.

Arrived broked second time. Can someone from the company please call me to discuss ?

I just got this for my drinks in my shop and it seems to be working great. It gets really cold. The only issue is that it seems to get a little too cold like freezing temps so make sure you monitor the temperature

Great service and appears the refrigerator should be great as well! It's looks fantastic with mood lighting.

Holds temperature well. Has lighting that can be white, red or blue. Worked well to store cans of soda and easy for customers to get in and out of. I did think it was a bit lightweight for a cooler and maybe a little too heavy too. Overall not a bad purchase
