We purchased this and received it in October. The first one was dirty and looked used so you sent us another. Both of them no longer work. The heat light doesn't come on, units don't heat up and the last one went out today in the middle of our lunch rush. We are not happy.

Dont buy this. One side quit working then the other side two weeks later. What a joke. Will not buy this one. The switch stopped working. poor assembly i think

I have the same issue as everyone else.... one side quit working. Wish these reviews were up when I bought mine. I came here looking to see if I could fix it but I guess I’m just going to wait for the other side to go out and buy something from somewhere else!

Would give this product zero stars if I could. Had to replace it three times within 90 days and no surprise but the third one broke as well and it's now past the warranty period. Stay away!

I bought this as a back up for my tabletop fryer. Now that it has come time to use it, within 10 days, the on/off switch on both sides have broken. This dual basket fryer has left me with zero fryers.

This is a great machine compared to my previous consumer model by a different brand. It heats more quickly than my old one used to and holds about a gallon and a half of oil maximum. My old machine maxed out a gallon. The highest setting is 375, even though it has a 445 safety cutoff. And it's in Fahrenheit, not Celsius. Just PLEASE PLEASE be careful handling it. The casing is VERY sharp inside. I was cleaning it after the first use and I sliced my finger while wiping it down inside. Which turned out to be no big deal. But when when I jerked my hand away, I scraped the back of it against the upper ridge inside the machine and viciously skinned myself. I'm okay now, but this is going to leave a nasty scar. There should be a warning or something. Make sure you wear work gloves when you're cleaning the casing.

Heating element went out in less than two weeks. Invest in something more durable

Bought this fryer less than 2 months ago and left side quit working about 2 weeks after purchasing. I had an electrician come in thinking it was the outlet and that still didn’t work. Now today the other side quit working. Horrible product and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Garbage... lasted 6 months and it only has a 90 day warranty. That is NOT commercial quality, that is dumpster quality. Avoid this product like the plague.

This is a very bad, defective product! I NEVER got to use one side because from the start it did NOT work! I didn’t need to use it around the time I purchased it but opened it month ago. Waiting to use it meant I was past the warranty date! If everyone is having the SAME problem they should recall their mistake and give people their money back! I wish these reviews were up when I first purchased it, I would have never bought it! Side note: I didn’t even get to put the handles on ???????

I purchased this fryer a few months ago, but due to the Pandemic I was unable to try out until June. I will never recommend ??. When I tried to cut it on it to make fries for my catering business it would not come on so I called customer service to get a refund. I was told that it has a relay button at the bottom that I will have to push to cut it on because something triggers it to go off but first you must have a screw driver to get to it, so I only use the fryer once. Then I tried to use it again I got the same results, it did not come on, so I push the relay button again, but it did not come back on. This is to much work when you have customers waiting on fry’s.

Total piece of junk. In less than 10 days, the foot fell off, the basket handle fell off and one side stopped heating completely. This fryer is garbage and should be listed as a low end residential unit at best.

Dont do this, this is a very bad item, doesn´t work for more than a month and goes direct to the trash, the on / off button is trash, really sad buying this fryer, bad use of the money.

Reading some of the reviews. I see that i had the same issue with my fryer. Where one side just stopped working. I was on the site to see if I could fix it myself. I’m not trying to leave a bad review. I just want to know how this can be fixed?

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY! I read the reviews about it going out quickly but I hoped that even if it did and I had to buy multiple, the low purchase price would work out in the end. I managed to get a total of 3 weeks of use out of this unit before it went out on me. Unfortunately for me, two weeks was prior to the Texas governor closing bars and once we got back open I had one side that was out and the other side went out in three days. The warranty for this unit is only 90 days and although I only got three weeks of use, the 90 day period had expired while we were closed. While closed, we had properly taken care of the fryer, emptied it and left it unplugged. It is a shame because when working this was a great little unit, but unfortunately its built very poorly and its not even worth the price.

Received my item on 9/6 went to use it on 9/11 it was unusable, the fryer is defective. i plug it in and turned on the on switch, it never worked after several attempts. I am stuck with a defective item. Very disappointed!

This mini countertop fryer is a great buy. I have bought other ones at a higher price and this unit is nice, compact and easy to clean. The rubber cover on the on and off switch is great, keeping grease from getting inside of it.

With the price I get it. You get what you pay for. I purchased mine at the end of January of this year. I only use it at most once a week, so I've used it less than 40 times. In the middle of cooking, it quit on me. I removed the back panel to see if there was an obvious issue that I could repair (loose wire or something). It was the wiring on both sides of the power block - completely fried to the point that one wire burned completely through. The safety switch never engaged. Also, the inside panels have what looks like rust, which makes me wonder where this product has been. Since they only offer a 90-day warranty (which I guess I missed because I would never have bought an electronic product that only carries a 90-day warranty), there is no recourse for me here. All I can do is warn others about this poor-quality product. Let the buyer beware!

Worked for 6 moths and now it won’t power up. Very disappointed!
