Safely hold and display hot food without compromising visual appeal or quality with the Alto-Shaam 100-HW/D643 1 pan drop-in hot food well! Designed with integrated Halo Heat® technology, the unit emits a gentle warmth that doesn't further cook the food, but instead effectively maintains safe hot temperatures outside of the temperature danger zone to ensure food safety. This particular unit features an adjustable thermostat for controlling the single well cavity, which accommodates up to 1 full size and (1) 1/3 size, 6" deep food pans (sold separately). The control can be mounted remotely, providing you with the installation options to best suit your layout and holding procedures.
For holding versatility, the well comes with (3) 1/2 - 1/3 size food pan divider bars, allowing you to use a variety of food pan sizes to best suit your menu. Regardless of what dishes or quantity of food is held, the well is perfect for use in existing counter tops. These options cater to your kitchen's unique needs and available space, helping you achieve your hot holding goals with the resources at your disposal. To ensure durability in heavy commercial applications, the well features strong and sleek stainless steel interior walls. 2 coved corners are built in to simplify cleaning after each use. This well is designed for dry applications and requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
