This Advance Tabco SW-3E-120 electric food table features 3 sealed wells that keep your food products at proper temperatures so you can adhere to HACCP food temperature guidelines. Each well has a gate-valve drain, and the fiberglass insulation between compartments helps to increase temperature control. Infinite control knobs and power indicator lights are convenient additions to this unit that help you set and adjust temperatures for each well. These components are recessed to help prevent clogging from spilled food.
Made of stainless steel, the body and 8" deep liners of this food table are durable and easy to clean, and the galvanized steel legs come with adjustable plastic bullet feet. This food table also boasts a galvanized steel undershelf that's easy to assemble and adjust as needed. It's great for storage of ingredients, serving utensils, and more. Additionally, an 8" wide, white thermoplastic cutting board makes it easy to prep food and keep it warm on the same unit. The board is removable for easier cleaning, and it is supported by a full length shelf for optimal stability. It requires a 120V electrical connection.

Great hot food table that has yet to fail to keep the temperature right for all of our hot foods. It requires a little assembly but easy work for you and a buddy.

It keeps on burning my temperature sensor, already replaced 4 times and they are not cheap to buy

I appreciate the low profile of this steam table unit as we have tight space and don't have room for the tray. The low temp setting is still pretty high. We have been using one of the bays as a steamer, and what that unveiled is that there is no seal between the bay and the top piece, so the condensation escapes into the body, then drips all over the floor. I have called the company directly about this problem, and it went no where after spending a lot of time sending them pictures, and explaining the problem. I just didn't have enough time in the day to keep following up with no responses. So, we had to take it apart and silicone it ourselves in our "free time" in the middle of the night because we are open 7 days a week. This improved in greatly, but puddles of Read More

This steam well does its job. The water drains through 3 separate pipes below. Easy to clean. Keeps our food warm throughout service without hassle. Shipped in a large box, easy to assemble. We added casters and the overshelf to ours. Fits in our kitchen nicely!
