Providing rich, succulent flavor, these chicken steaks come pre-marinated, taking the guesswork out of seasoning your sandwiches. To prepare a traditional Philly chicken cheesesteak, place a cooked steak into a long, crusty roll and top with melted cheez whiz and serve with your customer's choice of fried onions, sauteed mushrooms, hot or sweet peppers, and ketchup. Common cheese substitutes include American cheese and mild or sharp provolone. Easy to make and conveniently portable for on-the-go customers, these chicken sandwich steaks are a valuable addition to your deli, food truck, pizzeria, or convenience store.
Made from a custom blend of carefully selected premium chicken, these sandwich steaks are marinated in natural chicken seasonings for great taste. These steaks are formed, thinly sliced into consistent, perfectly portioned 4 oz. sandwich steaks, and then blast-frozen to preserve their freshness. To cook a steak, place it on your griddle or pan with a drizzle of oil and cook until brown on 1 side, about 1 minute. Using a turner or spatula, flip the steak onto the other side and begin separating the steak slices, taking care not to over chop. Thoroughly cook the steak to a minimum temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
