There is nothing wrong with this product, but the all-black seems like it would be fairly universal and neutral aesthetically, but it is not. I have some that work great in one location, but the bamboo style was much more appealing in my other operations.

This is a very high-quality item that helped our breakfast buffet appear very professional and uncluttered. It holds a bunch of items and is multi-purpose-- we use ours for stirrers, half and half, sugars, and hot chocolate. It would also be great for tea bags! It's easy to clean and very heavy duty and sturdy.

This has worked out OK for us. Its solid and well built but we wish that there was little more space between each tier. Overall it works but we're not overly thrilled about it.

We own a concession trailer and we use this organizer to put out creamers and sugar packets in the morning during our coffee service. This condiment display is lightweight making it perfect for us. After breakfast, we put ketchup and mustard packets in this for our lunch foods. I recommend this organizer to anyone.
