Since this model cooks with liquid propane gas, it provides a consistent flame that can heat the cooking surface up to 932 degrees Fahrenheit in just 15 minutes. It can cook a single pizza in as little as 60 seconds, and it boasts an extra large 16 3/4" cooking surface that can fit (1) 16" pizza at a time or multiple smaller pizzas. Made of 15 mm thick cordierite, this surface retains heat well to help you achieve perfectly crispy pizza crusts. This oven is also equipped with Ooni's patented Flame Keeper technology, which directs heat across the food to ensure efficient, even cooking and minimal heat loss. For improved heat distribution, this unit features an L-shaped burner, which creates a waterfall effect to cook your pizza from multiple angles.

This unit is easy to operate with a simple gas control knob, allowing you to quickly ignite the burner or easily adjust the temperature for precise cooking.
