To use, combine 1/4 cup of this crab cake classic mix with 1/2 cup of mayonnaise in a large bowl. Add 1 lb. of crab meat with the cartilage removed, mixing carefully to ensure that the meat is fully coated, then shape into 6 cakes. Fry or broil the cakes until golden brown, about 5 minutes per side, and serve!
