Easily apply this Oatey 30757 16 oz. purple primer for PVC / CPVC pipe & fittings to get the job done right every time! This primer is suitable for use on any diameter of PVC or CPVC piping. In addition to removing dirt, grease, and grime from piping, it can be used to soften pipe before solvent welding to ensure a solid, secure bond. Its purple tint is highly visible, making it ideal for when plumbing code requires primer verification. Plus, this 16 oz. can comes with a convenient dauber cap for easy application!
Made with low volatile organic compounds (VOC), this primer meets ASTM F656 standards and NSF/ANSI 61 health effects specifications. It also complies with California South Coast Air Quality Management Districts 1171/M24 requirements. This product is not recommended for use on ABS pipe or fittings.
