2 Numi organic chamomile lemon herbal tea bags
4 cups hot water
1 tsp. raw honey
1/2 freshly squeezed lemon

Bring 4 cups of hot water to a boil. Remove from heat and add 2 tea bags, honey, and freshly squeezed lemon. Stir to incorporate and melt in the honey. Let steep for 10 minutes. Remove the tea bags and pour 1/2 cup of the liquid into small cups or popsicle molds. Put in the freezer for about 2 1/2 hours, inserting a popsicle stick about 1 hour into the freezing time. Makes (4) 1/2 cup popsicles.
