This Numi tea is perfect whether served hot or iced. To serve hot, simply steep 1 heaping tsp. of tea in 12 oz. of hot water for 4 minutes. Once ready, it's strong enough to handle milk, yet mild enough to be served alone. To make iced tea, steep a little extra loose leaf tea in boiling water, cool, and pour over ice.
