This innovative brewing system captures up to 40% more key aroma volatile compounds compared to identical brews made without chilling. These aroma volatile compounds would typically be released into the environment, but this process allows you to fully utilize them in your brews.

The stand's 3-tier design includes an upper arm designed to hold your preferred brewing device (sold separately), a middle arm to hold the chilling rock, and a lower, funnel-shaped arm to guide the coffee into your preferred coffee vessel (sold separately). To chill the coffee and preserve full flavor potential, hot water is poured into the coffee brewing device which then drips onto the chilling rock to effectively cool the coffee just enough to lock in the flavor. The coffee slowly streams over the chilling rock into the coffee pot, cup, or carafe below. Baristas can choose to chill the entire batch of coffee or any percentage that they like to achieve their desired flavor, and the coffee still retains its heat, allowing it to be enjoyed at a hot temperature. Each level of the stand is height adjustable to accommodate a wide range of coffee brewers and pots, offering versatility and convenience for various brewing setups.
