We make snack cakes in these multiple times per week at our bakery. These are durable, hold up to lots of butter and cream, and create a consistent and good looking product. Highly recommend for bakery applications. Would not recommend for things like lasagna or meatloaf, as pans are made of paper.

This 16 oz capacity loaf pan is nowhere close to the size of the 1 lb aluminum loaf pans I was hoping to replace. I am not sure how they are calculating the capacity size but 1 lb is 16 oz, so maybe someone could clarify this. They are much closer to the 2 lb aluminum loaf pans in size but just a little more shallow. I can't use these for my 1 lb loaves because the same amount of batter come out to be a thin layer of bread, like cookie sheet layer of bread, not appealing at all.
