Maintain a clean facility with this Nilfisk industrial vacuum. This powerful vacuum is ideal for metalworking, pharmaceutical, chemical, and food production applications. It effectively picks up liquids or liquids containing solids as small as 50 microns. Its single-phase, dual bypass motors produce a maximum airflow of 150 CFM and a waterlift of 80 7/16". They are independently controlled with individual switches. This unit emits only 70 dBA for quiet, non-disruptive use. A simple conversion increases the capacity to nearly 20 gallons to exclusively pick up liquids.

This vacuum's 19.8-gallon, type 304 stainless steel collection tank is removable for emptying and cleaning. The tilting and locking motorhead makes it easy to access the container. This unit includes a discharge accessory kit to quickly and easily empty the container either manually with a ball valve or through differential pressure discharge. Its discharge hose has a nozzle for controlled discharge into waste or recycling receptacles. This vacuum also has a perforated stainless steel chip basket to separate and trap solid particles such as metal chips or shavings.

This vacuum includes an oil mist filter to prevent oil mist from escaping into the environment. It has an external fluid level sight tube to monitor the oil level and a float assembly to stop suction when full. Its large chassis has large rear wheels with brakes, locking iron swivel casters, and a handle for easy transport. This vacuum is made of durable powder-coated mild steel for long-lasting service. It requires a 120V electrical connection for operation, and it comes with a 50' long power cord with a plug. It has a 50 mm inlet.
