Streamline coffee or iced tea service with this Newco 784840 STVT combo tall digital coffee / tea brewer. The brewer features simple, programmable digital controls that provide total control of the brewing process, including temperature, volume, pre-infusion, pulse brewing, bypass, and cold brew lockout. The pulse heating routine ensures a precise water temperature for brewing while pre-infusion ensures the water evenly penetrates the grounds for maximum flavor extraction and consistent texture.
It also includes 3 programmable brew buttons to provide independent volumes and recipe settings! This allows you to brew 3 separate coffee or tea strengths with one brewer while maintaining each profile's specific water temperature, water volume, and water contact time to save space in time in your kitchen. Or, offer your guests hot chocolate and hot tea with the convenient ADA-compliant hot water faucet on the front of the unit. Simply lift the handle on the faucet to get a steady stream of hot water. There's no need to wait for the water to warm up, as it comes out hot and ready to serve.
The large tank brews up to 1.5 gallons and is quick to recover, making it a practical addition to any establishment. Plus, the unit conserves energy when idle. It comes with a 13" x 5" stainless steel funnel and accommodates Newco thermal servers as well as other brand's thermal servers including Bunn and Fetco. Or, use the convenient slide-out tray to fill airpots and decanters.
This unit requires a 120/240V electrical connection for operation.
