This rack is made of primary grade aluminum 6063-T5 alloy to withstand even the most rigorous use. Its uprights are constructed of ergonomic D-shaped 1 1/2" x 1 3/4" tubing, while its guides are made with 1 1/4" x 2" angle and welded both horizontally and vertically for a total of 5" of welds per angle! Plus, the guides are ribbed for easier loading and unloading and to minimize flaking when sliding pans on and off. Its base is made of 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" tubing and is reinforced at each corner with thick, threaded plates. Additionally, extra gussets are installed where the crossbars and uprights meet to ensure maximum strength.

Designed to hold 18" x 26", 13" x 18", and 14" x 18" pans, this versatile rack features an end load design and holds up to 15 sheet pans with 4" of space between each slide, so you'll always have enough room and support for your products. With 4 heavy-duty swivel casters and 6" x 2" polyolefin wheels with polyurethane tread, you'll appreciate how smoothly and quietly this rack moves around your facility. Better yet, these non-marking wheels won't damage your floors, and the ball bearings are sealed to prevent dirt and debris from contaminating the bearings.
