It holds (9) 18" x 26" full-size sheet pans, platters, or trays with a 450 lb. capacity. Thanks to the slanted shelves, it creates an attractive, tiered display with a high level of product visibility. It is great for both staging product for front-of-house applications or for back-of-house prep, cooling, and organization. It is especially ideal for operations that need to move product from production to display without repackaging.

This industrial- and commercial-grade rack is great for commercial bakeries, supermarkets, cafeterias, and buffets.
