It fits up to (5) 18" x 26" full-size sheet pans, platters, or trays or (10) 18" x 13" or 18" x 14" half-size sheet pans, platters, or trays. This model boasts a capacity of 500 lb. and rolls on (4) 5" stem-type swivel casters for easy transport. The end-loading design helps streamline your operations.
This durable sheet pan rack is made of welded aluminum, which is both rust- and corrosion-resistant for commercial and industrial use. Its framework is made of 1" wall tubing, while its runners are made of 1 1/4" wall angle. A reinforcing channel reinforces the uprights to help prevent breakage from the casters. This unit includes ribbed guides to allow pans to easily glide in and out and to significantly reduce galling or flaking from heavy usage.
