It fits up to (39) 18" x 26" full-size sheet pans, platters, or trays. This unit has a capacity of 1,000 lb., and it rolls on (4) 5" non-marking swivel casters for easy transport. It features integrated 1/2" guides spaced on 1 1/2" centers. These low-profile guides hold pans by the lip with no obstructions, making it easy for users to space loaded pans for maximum capacity.
This durable sheet pan rack is made of primary-grade, high-tensile aluminum, and it is rust- and corrosion-resistant for use in commercial and industrial environments. It features a heavy-duty channel that backs the solid interlocking side panels and provides the rigid upright framework, which is also reinforced by a tie rod at each end. Both the tubular supports and inset plates are welded to the solid, heavy-duty base, ensuring no holes. Plus, the bottom frame has smooth corners to prevent snagging. Thanks to its open ends and top, this unit allows air to circulate freely around your products.
