We highly recommend this divider for the Nemco Dipper Well. We serve both nondairy and organic dairy flavors and this divider at least helps keep the ice cream spades separated.
This divided really helps and we have a hard time working well without it. We keep 4 scooper and 2 spades and this helps keep them spread out and not falling inside the dipping well.
