The Nemco 6760 heavy duty pasta cooker makes short work of pasta, vegetables, and shellfish! With a 12 minute initial heatup, this powerful unit recovers almost immediately for maximum efficiency. This allows you to produce one lb. of spaghetti or three lb. of frozen pasta in just minutes! It's great for Italian eateries, cafeterias, and made-to-order buffet stations. For versatility, the unit is also designed to rethermalize product.
Featuring a durable stainless steel construction and incalloy tubular heating elements, this unit will deliver years of dependable service. It's outfitted with a removable control panel assembly for easy cleaning, as well as a convenient front drain valve with safety lock. Plus, four 4" legs adjust in height to ensure the countertop and surrounding area is easy to clean at the end of the day. A set of 2 twin stainless steel baskets is included with cool-touch handles for safe operation.
This pasta cooker has a bulb & capillary thermostat with a temperature range from 100 to 212 degrees Fahrenheit. Indicator lights and a 15-minute bell timer are built-in to help you keep track of orders. The unit requires a 240V electrical connection for operation.
