Nemco make the blade assembly for the Tomato Slicer 2 very easy to change in and out. I do wish they lasted a little longer for the price. We slice about 8 tomatoes per day and the blades last about 3 months before they dull out.

Nemco 566-2 Details
The Nemco 566-2 1/4" replacement blade is constructed of razor sharp stainless steel. Each blade assembly comes pre-assembled with 11 blades.
It can be used to replace a standard blade assembly on the 56600-2 Easy Tomato Slicer II, or convert another Easy Tomato Slicer to a 1/4" cut (requires a compatible pusher).
