The Nemco 566-1 3/16" replacement blade is constructed of razor sharp stainless steel. Each blade assembly comes pre-assembled with 14 standard blades.
It can be used to replace a standard blade assembly on the 56600-1 Easy Tomato Slicer II, or convert another Easy Tomato Slicer to a 3/16" cut.

This is a great blade replacement for the Nemco 56600-1. It comes sharp and ready to use straight out of the package. Installation is simple. The blade is a little pricey, but it is cheaper than purchasing a new slicer and the blades last a good amount of time.
Great blade replacement for my tomato sliced. A little on the pricey side but lasts for a long time and has great durability and cleans nice.
The blade assembly comes sharpened. Tomato slicers are great for almost every operation, and having good blades is a must. I would recommend this as the blades stay sharp.
