The Nemco 55876-WCT wavy Chip Twister front plate assembly is a direct replacement for the face plate of the 55050AN-WCT Wavy Chip Twister, and lets you create mounts of delicious wavy / ridged Saratoga Swirls quickly and easily! It is necessary to purchase the Nemco 56278 rubber stop as well when replacing your Wavy Chip Twister front plate assembly (sold separately). If you'd like to convert your existing 55050AN series fry cutter into a Wavy Chip Twister, you'll need this front plate assembly plus the rubber stop.
