Decent sharpening stone, but a little pricey compared to when you can get at any local hardware store. This stone is a little easier to use though due to the angled side specifically designed to sharpen easy slicers.

Love this sharpening stone. It is very small. Easy to use! I use it on all of our knives in the restaurant. Everybody needs one of these
3 stars is being generous. Normally things from this site are very durable and very well priced. We tried using these to sharpen some of our nemco blades and it broke right away. Good thing I bought some extra blades as this did not sharpen anything.
