The Nemco 428-6 replacement wedger blade assembly is made of razor sharp stainless steel, and can be used to replace the wedger blade that came standard in Nemco 55550-6 Easy Wedgers and 55450-6 Easy FryKutters. It can also be paired with the appropriate 6-section push block to convert any Easy FryKutter or Easy Wedger into a 6-section cut. Simply install the blade with the included two screws.

Blades lasted me about six months, that's cutting 5# Lime, 5# Lemon and 2# Orange per day. I would recommend this product it is a little dangerous to operate when the blades become dull though.
