This Narvon 378PSM210 tap valve spring is a perfect replacement for the one that came standard on SM261, SM262, and SM263 slushy / granita machines. The spring is part of the tap valve assembly, which allows frozen beverages to flow easily out of the bowl, in addition to sealing it off when waiting to be used.
