Chef Master N2O Cartridge for Whipped Cream Dispensers - 24/Box

I use the N2O cartridges to make our sweet whipped cream for the top of frappes. This is a great product for this purpose. The only cons are the cartridges rust a little from the condensation in the cartridge holder. My dispenser is stainless steel. There have been like 2 or 3 from a group of 100 that have been super hard to puncture in the dispenser. Not bad odds in my option. Just need a super strong grip. I continue to purchase these cartridges for the price and convenience through webstaurant.

These are great cartridges because everything else which is on the market is filled with 8 grams of NO2, these have 10 grams, which means that if you follow your directions in terms of not over agitating the whipper, you will come out with a nice lean cylinder in which the whip cream went onto the product as opposed to forming in the vessel so that you can wash the whip cream down the drain. Before I lucked up on these I was buying these on another website and about 1 in every 8 or so would fail, so I started studying and found that the ones filled with medical grade nitro are better cylinders. The only thing which I am a little disappointed is that they aren't advising you that in most states u must be 18 to use these. Love love love these , I have plus which means I pay a fixed price for shipping each month , so ordering 10 cases of 24 doesn't stress my shipping budget.

Do not recommend if using a lot of whipped cream... I have to change the cartridge half way thru each batch of whipped cream we make. We use a lot and it is costly. Other brands last through the whole batch, paying a few dollars more saves me a lot in the long run. Not sure why these ones aren't working right or if I got a bad batch. Reviews looked good.

We purchased N2O cartridges along with whipped cream dispensers sold on Webstaurant in order to make whipped cream. Easy to open box with 24 in a pack. One cartridge filled a half liter dispenser. Punctured tip lets you know that the cartridge is empty.

These work fine but they after several months they did seem to not last as long.

They work most of the times. Might be the item. Might be user error. Who knows?

We use these for our homemade whip cream. They make it nice and fluffy. Great price than going to our local restaurant supply store. Will keep buying!

Work great for whipped cream and hollandaise. Cheaper to buy here than other places. We've purchased these many times and will continue to do so.

This product is really useful for whipping cream on top of our cakes and of cream breads and buns! Easy to use and I definitely recommend thsi if you lvoe whip cream!

TheN20 cartidges for whipped cream make for a great coffee of whipped cream on top of a pie! It allows for may uses and fives just the right amount of pressure. Highly reccomend. Great price too!

This N20 cartridge is an easy to use to charge the whipped cream canister. 10 in the box, many for the price! Just waiting for use it.

These chargers seemed a little faulty. It was like they'd burst before fully enhaged and it had potential for freezing my hand a little bit. Didn't last as long as others have, felt I went through them faster.

These cartridges work perfectly with our 1 L dispensers. We use them every day in store to make fresh whip. It takes two N20's for a 1 L dispenser and every time it looks perfect! Great price too since we go through whip cream so much.

Just like the whipped cream dispenser also the cartridges are great, they work well and the price is good compared to other models and brands.

This cartridge doesn't come with the dispenser, but it's really adorable. It's super cute and pretty easy to replace once you know how to do it. I had to ask a friend for help, but it's actually pretty simple. Definitely good if you happen to have your own whipped cream dispenser.

Love using these cartridges to make homemade whipped topping. They work great and we have never had a problem with them. At our shop we are known for our homemade whipped topping and we couldn’t do it without these!
