OK product, for what it is. We use this in our food truck where we don't have the power needed to run a steamer to melt cheese on hot dogs and fries. It gets the job done- but as high of quality as I would like. I have started sprinkling a layer of shredded cheese on top to add to the cheese flavor. Customers seem to like it, though.
