Made with durable welded stainless steel construction that is easy to clean, this compact holding bin is designed to keep hot menu items ready at safe, appetizing temperatures for serving or packing. This bin maintains serving temperatures between 140 and 270 degrees Fahrenheit and is ideal for countertop use to save valuable kitchen space and offers multiple holding environments with independent temperature controls. Monitoring the holding bin throughout the day is easy thanks to the programmable touch-pad controls with a temperature display and a green power indicator light.
This unit is made with high-quality welded stainless steel for maximum durability and includes 4 molded drawer pans made with heavy-duty, high-temperature thermoplastic. These drawer pans are designed to fit 2 per level, to stand up to the toughest commercial kitchen treatment, and feature easy-grip handles. Use this warming bin with additional Henny Penny modular holding bins (sold separately) for stacked and side-by-side countertop configurations that meet your unique needs! This unit features a 6' power cord and requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
