Monin Sea Salt Caramel Toffee Flavoring Sauce 12 fl. oz. - 6/Case

This is probably my favorite monin sauce. It is thick and rich and has a touch of salt. It really does taste like salted caramel, but better. The 64 oz bottle lets you refill the 12 oz squeeze bottle over 5 times! So it’s a great deal to buy the larger one. ) they also sell a pump for the 64 oz bottle but we just use ours to refill our smaller one.) This stores great in the freezer if you’re not using it for a while. For espresso drinks (sea salt toffee lattes, for example) mix the syrup with your espressos really well before pouring the milk. The drinks made with the sauce taste much better and richer than using a flavored syrup.

I really like this flavor! Am not typically a caramel fan with coffee but this is one I come back to often! Love the salty, toffee twist, is a hit with my customers with either breves or frappes.

Another winner from Monin. This one doesn't hit it out of the park but it's a solid addition to your caramelized arsenal. The salt is very prominent, more so than their salted caramel syrup, yet it's well balanced. I would probably recommend just carrying Monin's salted caramel syrup and caramel sauce and combining them with a pinch of salt if needed, but this is good if you're trying to downsize... or upsize.

I did a blind taste test with this syrup. And it beat out all the other brands. It has just enough salt mixed with the caramel flavor. I use it in my hot chocolates in by business and also on the top of my Walking Caramel Apples. It mixes easy and tastes great anywhere you use caramel. I like that the bottle stores with the lid down for easy pouring.

Good for toppings and coffee drinks.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOO! Horrible. Please no. Its so salty. Why? I had such high hopes and it was really bad. Please just use sea salt and caramel

Hands down this is the best caramel sauce- Ive tried many brands but this was is actually rich and almost has a buttery taste. From putting it in coffee to putting it on top of ice cream you can't go wrong with this sauce!

We have tried this on a few lattes and unfortunately, the taste seems to disappear as soon as it is mixed with some coffee. When trying it on a spoon the taste is great, but we can’t find it in our coffee.
