Whether you're cleaning a healthcare facility, airport, or retail establishment, this unit has the power to get the job done with its 1 1/2 hp motor with two speed 160/330 RPM brush head. Designed to clean carpets, wood floors, concrete, or stone, this is one of the most flexible machines on the market.

With the finesse and comfort provided by the infinitely adjustable ergonomic handle, heavy duty planetary gears for smooth operation, dual speed control, and large non-marking 4 1/2" rear wheels for easy transport, this unit has the ease of use necessary for operators to clean large areas with minimal fatigue. The heavy duty frame construction has a powder coated epoxy paint that helps eliminate scratching and corrosion. The handles are made of tubular coated steel that will resist rust. The control handles are also non-conductive to protect the operator from potential shock.

A safety interlock switch prevents accidental machine operation that could result in injury. Plus, a simple safety release power switch will quickly shut off the machine if necessary. This unit is great for use in healthcare settings as the plug is hospital grade and meets all health care compliance regulations. A power indicator light will display when the machine has power. For protection of all furniture and fixtures, a wrap around bumper prevents any damage if the machine bumps into any objects.

A 50' long power cable gives plenty of length to work from the power outlet and is jacketed for long wear.
